She is also recognized in local and national media as a real estate marketing expert. She is currently one of the hosts on “Ladies Night,’ a local cable television show.
Maribeth’s real estate career began in the late 1980’s – a time when the real estate market was turbulent due to high mortgage interest rates and an uncertain economy. This climate led Maribeth to develop an intrinsic understanding of the value of focusing on her clients’ specific circumstances. With each client, she creates a unique strategy to help meet specific goals. Her genuine empathy for her clients has been the impetus for her to find solutions to the toughest problems. This sincere dedication, along with her tireless negotiation and diligent handling of every detail, has given rise to her real estate success. but more importantly, has settled many individuals and families into their “perfect homes.”
When Maribeth took time away from the industry to raise her children, she channeled her love of helping people into volunteer work. She served in various capacities with public schools, a library expansion project, and the nonprofit Shrewsbury Youth & Family Services. She continues her civic participation today, serving as an alternate member on the Zoning Board of Appeals. Her continual involvement with the community has given her a unique level of local insight and a vast professional network.
After a successful 12-year career with a large real estate franchise, Maribeth founded THRIVE Real Estate Specialists with the goal of providing a higher level of service to her clients than they might find through a bigger brand. She uses a professional team for support services and leverages the most recent technology to deliver the very latest information to her clients. Maribeth is highly proactive and responsive to her clients’ needs, returning calls promptly and offering experienced advice that is tailored to her clients’ interests. Maribeth believes in fully informing her clients of all pros and cons, so that they can make the best possible decisions.
During her life and career in Metro West Boston, Maribeth has developed strong real estate expertise in the markets of Wellesley, Hopkinton, Boylston, the Boroughs, and Shrewsbury. Her passion for real estate is eclipsed only by her concern for the well-being of her clients. Over the years, Maribeth has received numerous client testimonials and accolades that speak to her un-compromised service and professional integrity.
When she is not working, Maribeth enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her husband Rick, three children, two stepchildren, and a rambunctious GoldenDoodle named Ava. Dawn Wisbey is a real estate professional with a global perspective. A London native, she also lived in Cambridge, UK. Her early career experience includes Human Resource Management as well as a position as a Director of Human Resources. She was also a member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development.
In 2006, Dawn’s husband was transferred to the United States. The family of four moved to Shrewsbury, MA, and adjusted to a new home 3,000 miles away from the life they’d known. To help her husband and two children adjust, Dawn became a stay-at-home mother, and immersed herself in the community.
Dawn soon discovered that Shrewsbury was very welcoming. She became involved with her children’s schools, and with Shrewsbury Youth and Family Services. Her involvement in the community gave her a depth of knowledge about neighborhoods, schools, municipal services and parks. These insights, combined with Dawn’s personal experience in handling a significant relocation, encouraged her to embark on a real estate career.
For Dawn, being a real estate professional is about providing personalized service that truly focuses on the needs of each client. She is happy to welcome newcomers to the Shrewsbury area, and enjoys introducing them to the community.
Dawn has a flair for interior design, and her knowledge of European style gives her a fresh perspective on home staging. Her suggestions help a home stand out from others on the market.
Home sellers, whether seeking domestic or global buyers, will find that Dawn’s ideas provide a wealth of opportunity.
Dawn is proud to work with Maribeth Lynch at THRIVE Real Estate Specialists, because she shares the same principals, work ethic and commitment to the client. Dawn is also pleased to serve the residents of Shrewsbury, and welcomes any questions about area real estate, or about the community itself.
In her free time, Dawn enjoys hosting gatherings in her home, cooking and entertaining for friends and family. She is also an avid traveler. Family vacations include destinations like Thailand, New Zealand, Hawaii and Costa Rica. Dawn enjoys the outdoors in all seasons, including skiing with her family, and long-distance running.
Stacey O’Neil is a real estate professional with hands-on knowledge of home renovation and home building experience. Her Bachelor of Science in Management from Bentley University led her to work for several companies in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, most recently as a business manager. She has a longstanding passion for real estate and looks forward to putting this interest into practice at THRIVE.
With a strong background in management, negotiation, and customer service, Stacey naturally combines these skills with her interest in real estate to offer an exemplary client-focused experience at THRIVE. She is particularly excited to work at THRIVE Real Estate Specialists because she shares Maribeth’s goal of a collaborative work environment. Having lived in the area for twenty years, she has an instinctive understanding of the local real estate market and is eager to share that knowledge with her clients.
Stacey loves the story a house tells with its unique history. She enjoys contemplating the artistic restructures, improvements, and modifications that are expressed throughout the lifetime of a house that result in the creation of a home. For those clients who are looking to update older properties, Stacey’s eye for reviving existing space and envisioning endless possibilities are skills she is excited to share. She has successfully renovated four homes and built two more, and she has found updating and flipping homes to be very rewarding. She is currently updating her 1959 colonial that was entirely original when she purchased it.
In her spare time, Stacey enjoys watching and playing soccer, working out, and spending time with her family, which includes her partner, her three children, two dogs, and two cats. She has a keen interest in antiques and collectibles, as do her parents and brother, who are in the antique business. She has held a space at the Crompton Collective in Worcester for nearly two years.
