Stacey O’Neil, Realtor
Stacey O’Neil is a real estate professional with hands-on knowledge of home renovation and home building experience. Her Bachelor of Science in Management from Bentley University led her to work for several companies in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, most recently as a business manager. She has a longstanding passion for real estate and looks forward to putting this interest into practice at THRIVE.
With a strong background in management, negotiation, and customer service, Stacey naturally combines these skills with her interest in real estate to offer an exemplary client-focused experience at THRIVE. She is particularly excited to work at THRIVE Real Estate Specialists because she shares Maribeth’s goal of a collaborative work environment. Having lived in the area for twenty years, she has an instinctive understanding of the local real estate market and is eager to share that knowledge with her clients.
Stacey loves the story a house tells with its unique history. She enjoys contemplating the artistic restructures, improvements, and modifications that are expressed throughout the lifetime of a house that result in the creation of a home. For those clients who are looking to update older properties, Stacey’s eye for reviving existing space and envisioning endless possibilities are skills she is excited to share. She has successfully renovated four homes and built two more, and she has found updating and flipping homes to be very rewarding. She is currently updating her 1959 colonial that was entirely original when she purchased it.
In her spare time, Stacey enjoys watching and playing soccer, working out, and spending time with her family, which includes her partner, her three children, two dogs, and two cats. She has a keen interest in antiques and collectibles, as do her parents and brother, who are in the antique business. She has held a space at the Crompton Collective in Worcester for nearly two years.

Stacy has assisted me as my buyer’s broker for the purchase (and rental) of two condos which I have purchased as an investment. I own about 12 of them, mostly in south Florida. She is always very responsive, and goes the extra mile to make sure all the t’s are crossed and the i’s dotted. She is very familiar with the Worcester/Shrewsbury market. She has a lot of renovation experience and can recommend people with renovation skills. I recommend her most highly and will continue to use her help.
We recently worked with Stacey to purchase a home in Northborough and we were very happy she was our realtor. Stacey is very focused and interested in helping the home search and purchase activity go efficiently and smoothly, she is very responsive and knowledgeable. She has a strong background in providing references for local professionals whether it be home inspection, lawyers, tradesmen, insurance agents, etc. Stacey is pleasant and resourceful and a good professional to deal with, we recommend her as a real estate agent.
Stacy jumped in a time when my family and I HAD to find a house to rent before our current lease expired (about 6 weeks). I’m picky- and by the 2nd house we saw, she pretty much nailed down what we needed. Stacy was persistent, always easy to get a hold of, knew the area very well and helped us get into our picture perfect home quickly. She was the perfect middle man when negotiating a price we were comfortable with and all final procedures went smoothly. I would definitely work with her again.
